General Settings

You can change your main settings like:
  1. Theme color
  2. Timezone
  3. Currency
  4. Edit and cancel meeting options
  5. Booking end time

Web Content

You can change your web content like:
  1. Your logo
  2. Web page title
  3. Web page description
  4. Your location and full address
  5. All your social info links
  6. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) information

We will create a modern free web page contains your booking calendar for you (0 domain fees and 0 hosting fees).

Payments

You can choose between many payment ways to receive money from your customers:
  1. Paypal
  2. Stripe
  3. Local payment: an option to get your cash in your meeting place
  4. Don't use payments: an option to make it a free service.
😉 You can combine between first 3 options if you want.

Export

You can export your calendar by 3 ways:
  1. Short URL
    • Calendaty system will create a unique short URL for you to share it with your clients and this link will redirect into your web page.
    • QR Code available to be downloaded.
  2. Embed Code (iframe) Pro & Enterprise

    Calendaty system will create an iframe code so you can add it into any place inside your external website.

  3. Custom Domain Enterprise

    In this option you will be allowed to use our web templates with the booking calendar integrated inside into your custom domain name.

    Note that in v.1.0 we provide only one template and we are working on some amazing templates that will be available in the coming releases so you can choose between them.

Integrations

In this section you need to authorize Zoom and Google services to use online meetings like "Zoom" and "Google meets".

Note that in v.1.0 we provide only Zoom and Google meets however we are working in more online meetings ways that will be available in the coming releases.

Setup Instructions
  1. Select AI Service: Choose from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other supported AI providers
  2. Configure API Keys: Enter your API key for the selected AI service
  3. Train on Website: Add URLs from your website for the AI to learn from
  4. Customize Responses: Set up welcome messages and response templates
  5. Test Integration: Verify the chatbot works correctly on your booking page

Custom Fields New

Add up to 5 custom fields to collect additional information from clients during the booking process.

Supported Field Types
  • Short Text: Single line text input for names, notes, or brief information
  • Number: Numeric input for quantities, amounts, or measurements
  • Dropdown: Predefined options for preferences, categories, or selections
  • Checkbox: Boolean fields for agreements, confirmations, or yes/no questions
  • Date: Date picker for scheduling preferences or special requirements
Setup Instructions
  1. Access Custom Fields: Go to Settings → Web Content → Custom Fields section
  2. Add New Field: Click "Add Field" to create a new custom field
  3. Configure Field: Set field type, label, required status, and options
  4. Reorder Fields: Drag and drop fields to arrange them in the desired order
  5. Save Configuration: Click "Save Settings" to apply your custom fields
Field Configuration Options
  • Field Label: The text that appears above the field on the booking form
  • Field Type: Choose from text, number, dropdown, checkbox, or date
  • Required: Make the field mandatory for all bookings
  • Options: For dropdown fields, add the available choices
  • Default Value: Set a pre-filled value for the field (optional)
Pro Tip: Use custom fields to collect specific information like dietary preferences, special requirements, or additional contact details.

Subscription

In this section you can check for your subscription plan and upgrade or cancel it.

  • Cancellation

    To cancel your plan just uncheck the "Auto renew" section and you will be downgraded into the free plan after your paid period end.
