Welcome to Calendaty! Let’s transform how you manage appointments. This guide walks you through installation, setup, and your first demo—all in under 10 minutes. Follow the steps below or jump to the section you need using the sidebar.

Installation

  1. Go to Google marketplace workspace or open it from your Google Sheets by clicking on "Get add-ons" from the right side and search for "Calendaty" then click install button.

  2. From the top menu bar, go to Extensions → Calendaty → Install, wait for seconds till the demo data been installed in your sheet.

    You may notice that demo data been installed directly without clicking on install, and this depend on the way you installed Calendaty from the previous step.

Demo Data

    1. Services: Add all your categories and their services also choose the appointment type for each service.
    2. Providers: Add providers ans assign the services into them.
    3. Transactions (Read only): All your received online transactions from your clients.
    4. Appointments (Read only): All your received appointments from your clients.

  2. Now you can test your calendar with the demo data, just go to: Extensions → Calendaty → Settings

  3. Click on "Go to website" button or Export → Short URL
