Calendaty provides many flexible paid plans beside a free one to suit all work cases. Free plan will give you basic features to start your work easily. You can choose your suitable plan by going into our pricing plans page also after finishing your trial period.

You can create unlimited bookings even on a free plan.

Of course you can edit or cancel all bookings and appointments and your clients will receive email notification with your new booking time or your cancellation.

You can accept payments from your clients within booking steps. By default pricing is determined on services but also you can add the pricing on providers if you want that. If your service is free, the payment step will be hidden within the booking form.

If you or your client cancel the meeting we recommend contacting him and refund the full payment he paid manually. So this process is managed between you and your clients. Calendaty won’t negotiate about this process.

You don’t need to use all our features or to pay for all of them, just read our pricing plan to choose your suitable plan.

We have many implementations options, one of them is the embed code, you can copy the iframe code and copy it into any part on your WordPress or any other platform and you can still manage it from your Google Sheets account.

All users can edit and cancel the meetings (your clients, admins and your providers) however your clients can edit or cancel their meetings within a time that you already set it from the control panel also within your providers available times only.

First you will get a 10 days trial period for enterprise plan with no cost after the 10 days, you will be redirected to your chosen plan. You can cancel your subscription within the trial period to avoid subscribing into a paid plan and you will redirect into the free plan directly.

You can upgrade your plan by navigate into our contact page and choose from "Contact Reason" field "Upgrading Plan" and don't forget to write in the "message" field the replied for these points:

  • Current plan: ie: Pro
  • Upgrade to: ie: Enterprise
  • Paid type (Yearly/Monthly): ie: Yearly

We are using the Paddle software as our basic payment process and it will auto calculate the difference between plans and withdraw the amount from your card within 48 hours and that will generate a new license key with your new plan.
